Capacity Statement
Mr. Michael Kamuti Katundu is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tech Monte Consulting Limited. Mr. Katundu is the former Director Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) at the Kenya’s ICT Regulatory Authority, the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA). Mr. Katundu is a holder of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude/First Class Honors) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Computer science, both from the City University of New York (CUNY), USA. Mr. Katundu has over twenty-eight (28) years’ experience in the ICT field, having worked in the United States of America (USA) and in Kenya in various private and public sectors. Mr. Katundu’s ICT Career spans across the ICT Sector, Banking Sector, ICT Consultancy in USA and in Kenya and ICT Lecturing/Training in USA and in Kenya.
